Rocky Bay is located on the western shore of Tavewa Island. This reef follows the edge of Tavewa Island and has a maximum depth of 20 meters. The reef's main feature is the hard corals and sponges. There are a few canyons and swim throughs. It is common to see eagle rays, massive school of bumbhead parrot fish that feed between 5-10 meters and there is a resident white tip reef shark. Expected visibility ranges from 15 to 20 meters, this site is excellent for beginners, yet offers plenty for experienced divers.
