Tavewa Breakers is located off the southern tip of Tavewa Island. This reef extends off the southern point of Tavewa Island and offers good surfing as well as diving. The maximum depth of this site is about 25 meters and it features hard corals, sponges and plenty of sea fans ranging in size from half a meter to three meters across. It is common to see schools of trevally and Spanish mackerel, barracudas make appearances as well, and we also have a resident Hawksbill turtle. This site is excellent for beginners as well offers plenty for the experienced diver.
