The islands near Tavewa and Yageta are the most popular dive locations in the Yasawas.

Tavewa is a small flat island with green rolling hills and plenty of backpacker styled resorts and dormitories. Tavewa, Matacawa Levu, Yageta, Nanuya Lai Lai and Nanuya Levu and Turtle Island are all relatively close together forming the most touristic and busiest islands of the Yasawa's. There are many narrow but deep passages, emerald bays perfect for snorkeling and plenty of variety in terms of marine life and underwater dive characteristics.
